According to Serbian Radio B92 and other media- Wife and son of ailing Serbian political leader and university professor Dr Vojislav Seselj are prevented (obstructed by Dutch authorities and ICTY officials) to visit him at undisclosed Dutch hospital, where he is allegedly recovering from the colon cancer surgery. Mrs Jadranka Seselj, the spouse of, the longest held in Western captivity political prisoner, Vojislav Seselj (Mr Seselj has been imprisoned without sentence, practically for the „verbal offense“, for almost 11 years) has stated for B92 that she and other family members are trying to get „approval“ to visit their husband and father, already for three days, but they are being „bounced“ between Dutch police and Hague Tribunal, each denying own responsibility!?
The ICTY doctor has told them their husband and father is doing fine, but he refused to provide any details.ICTY, which is effectively controlled and stuffed by (Pro)NATO countries that were involved in NATO illegal war against Yugoslavia in 1999, has proven record of Anti-Serbian bias. In 2006 they practically murdered former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic by denying him proper medical care and treating him with „poisonous“ medications. Another 14 Serbian prisoners died mysteriously while in ICTY captivity, or shortly after being released to die „somwhere else“.
The Western Anti-Serbian bias is obvious as well in ICTY statistics – Since ICTY was founded, in this tribunal the heaviest and the most disproportionate sentences were given to Serbs- Over 1,000 year of imprisonment, while all other ethnic groups received less than 300 years !? In same time, while entire Serbian political and government leadership was punished with little evidence, no evidence, or just by following the principle of „chain of command“ (the principle never applied to „other side“?)-
Their counterparts from Kosovo, Bosnia and Croatia were released without any, or with very symbolic sentences. ICTY simply ignored the most heinous crimes, such- forcible organ removal from Serbian prisoners in Albania, mass atrocities against Serbs in Srebrenica, the biggest (and permanent) ethnic cleansing in Europe since WWII that was executed by Croatian forces and supported by US government in Krajina, and the list goes on…
If we know that- the sole purpose of establishing ICTY tribunal was to justify NATO aggression (and war crimes) against Serbian nation in former Yugoslavia, and the fact that Western powers are today in total control of the present Serbian government, and if know the fact that Dr Vojislav Seselj was the leader of the largest opposition party in Serbia (and the most popular), and probably is still the most charismatic leader in Serbia- then is easy to conclude, that Western powers and its ICTY servants are desperate to prevent Dr Seselj to return to Serbian political scene; Than is very obvious that they would stop at nothing to prevent him to „rise again“. And they proved their resolve by holding this innocent man for 11 years in jail, without being able to prove his alleged crimes, and sentence him „accordingly“.
In my opinion, ICTY (and Western intelligence services that operate with impunity within it) has moved now to the next stage- Murder by „medical (miss)treatment !!! I would like to be wrong, but as I said before, the ICTY’ proven anti-Serbian record speaks for itself.
The only way to prevent this newest ICTY planned murder of this longest imprisoned political activist in European history, is to mobilize all democratic forces and governments from around the world, to oppose and prevent this latest Western barbarity- conducted and executed by „Hague Inquisition“ A.K.A. International Crime Tribunal for former Yugoslavia…

We represent here some parts of the original UNMIK (ICTY) report „CKX103“ from October 2003 that describes direct involvement of Ramush Haradinaj in a monstrous KLA operation of kidnapping and butchering Kosovo’ Serbs. This very credible report was suppressed by the Western powers and Hague (ICTY), investigation was shut down, and all forensic evidence collected by UNMIK investigators, from locations where these horrible crimes took place, was intentionally destroyed by Hague Tribunal (ICTY); Which was supposed to conclude this investigation and bring criminal perpetrators, such Haradinaj to justice. We believe that thorough investigation would eventually implicate some Western powers, and that was the main reason behind ICTY decision to destroy evidence, obstruct and eventually, shut down this investigation.
On November 29th 2012, ICTY acquitted Ramush Haradinaj of all charges, and he walked free. The main reason for acquittal (above the Western influence on Hague tribunal) was systematic destruction of physical evidence by ICTY, and subsequent physical liquidation of the witnesses against Haradinaj (19 people), while he was on the „leave of absence“ issued to him by ICTY regardless of severity the crimes he was charged, and without any regard for lives of witnesses (whom, most of them were killed mercilessly, and the rest went „underground“ refusing any cooperation with ICTY, that had lost any credibility)….

Even 19 witnesses against Ramush Haradinaj, who was acquitted in The Hague, was brutally murdered, with subsequent verifying by shooting in the head.

All murdered witnesses (TOTAL: 18 KILLED):
1. Ismet Musaj assassinated in 2001. immediately before the start of the trial group “case Dukagjini” in Pristina.
2. Sadik Murici, protected witness, who was killed in 2002. shot in Pec.
3. Mirth Murici, protected witness, who was killed in 2002. from firearms
4. Bekim Mustafa and Avni Eljazaj were killed in 2002. from firearms
5. Smailj Hardaraj killed on 17 February 2002. shot in ambush in the town of Vitomirica near Pec.
6. Tahir Zemaj (killed and son Enis and his brother Hasan) was murdered on 4 January 2003. in ambush in Pec.
7. Ilir Seljimaj wife and his brother Ferid killed in ambush in Pec.
8. Sabah Toljaj and Isuf Hakljaj, KP members, were killed in the ambush 24th November 2003.
9. Sadiq Musaj was killed 1. February 2005.
10.Sinan Musaj disappeared on 14 June 2005.
11.Đeljadin Musaj was murdered on 16 June 2005. in ambush at the gas pump, “Molika” in the village of Rasic near Pec.
12.Kujtim Berisha died on 17 July 2007. in Podgorica in a car “accident”

UNMIK: KLA murders in Kosovo were never investigated

The UNMIK Human Rights Advisory Panel published today its decision in the case of the failure of UNMIK to investigate the abduction/murder of persons killed by the Albanian-led “Kosovo Liberation Army” in June 1999.
It is worth noting that they also mention that the ICTY was aware of the case, but no investigation by them was conducted either.
The panel found that the failure to investigate constituted a violation of Article 2 of the European Convention of Human Rights and has called upon UNMIK to publicly acknowledge responsibility for its failure to investigate into the disappearance/killing to the family members of the victims and to make a public apology to them.
Serbian civilians were abducted in a broad daylight, literally before the eyes of NATO (KFOR) forces and UNMIK police, who did nothing to prevent it … (Western values?)
The decision pointed out that 351 kidnappings, 6754 murders and 115 rapes had been reported to them in the period between June 1999 and December 2000, during the period of UNMIK/NATO responsibility in the Province.
It is interesting to note that the current Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hasim Thaci, was one of the commanders of the KLA at the time that most of the killings occurred, but was never indicted by either the ICTY or UNMIK.
Some of the abducted Serbs have ended in this infamous „Yellow House“ in N/E Albania, to be butchered alive for their organs by their captors from the ranks of terrorist’ KLA and Albanian mafia. There are allegations, that some top NATO and UNMIK officials were also involved in this „human organ trade“, and its subsequent cover-up ….
